A special thanks to our lunch sponsors, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sneakerscomputers.com\/\">Sneakers Computers<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dialageek.ca\/\">Dial A Geek Consulting<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>You may bring your own food, snacks, lunch, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quadra Village<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d prefer to have lunch out, or want to grab a late day snack, Quadra Village is your answer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucan.ca\/\">University Canada West<\/a> is located in the heart of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blanshardcc.com\/qvd\/\">Quadra Village<\/a>, and there are some great restaurants right in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Right across the street from UCW is Caffe Fantastico, open 8am to 5pm.  They serve specialty coffees, pastries and snack items.<\/p>\n<p>Cafe Marrakech serves authentic Moroccan cuisine, and is open from 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm.<\/p>\n<p>Naanwich is like Indian fast food, only it&#8217;s delicious and nutritious. It&#8217;s open from 7:30am to 9pm.<\/p>\n<p>Caribbean Village has some amazing smells! There is limited casual seating, and it is open from 7am to 6:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>Young&#8217;s Restaurant serves Chinese food from 4pm to 10pm.<\/p>\n<p>San Remo&#8217;s Deli is open from 10am to 5pm, and the restaurant is open from 11am to 10pm.<\/p>\n<p>Fifth Street Bar and Grill, where I will be having dinner, has a restaurant open from 11am to 11pm, and the pub closes a little later (usually around midnight).<\/p>\n<p>Pazetti&#8217;s Pizza and Pizza All Nite are in the area. I don&#8217;t know the hours, and there is very limited casual seating in both.<\/p>\n<p>Taco Time is close by, serving Mexican fast food.<\/p>\n<p>Fairway Market has a deli, and Mac&#8217;s is open 24 hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The event includes Level Ground coffee, tea, and Mount Doug Springs water.
